October 27 Last day to apply for an absentee ballot by mail.
October 29 Last day to apply for an absentee ballot in person.
November 2 Last day to hand-deliver an absentee ballot
November 3 Absentee ballots returned by mail must be received by noon (except for Uniformed and Overseas citizens.
